Because you are at the centre of your kidney care, you can easily monitor your dialysis activity and education with the apps in-built activity trackers. Whilst the “Symptom Tracker” records your out-of-clinic symptoms for discussions with your care team.
Invite your loved ones to join your dialysis journey, with the “network-of-care,” and engage in truly participative care. And notify of critical events within that journey either automatically or by changing your status.
Best suited for users of the National Renal Care network, the application adapts to your specific needs, based on your treatment regime, whether in-clinic or in-home.
