Reactions is an app that helps users track allergy-related, skin, and breathing symptoms alongside interactions with potential symptom triggers. Every 12 days we allow users to generate summaries that help them reflect on patterns between their logged symptoms and exposure to potential symptom triggers. The symptom triggers we take into account are cosmetics, cleaning products, foods, pollen, UV and pollution. We also provide users with general informational content intended to support awareness of common environmental and lifestyle factors that impact allergies, eczema and asthma.

Reactions was built by a team who suffer from allergies and struggled to get support from the NHS (an institution we greatly admire) due to the current lack of resources. The app is not a medical device or meant to be any kind of substitution for support from a medical practitioner. We hope the app will allow users to better understand their own health while waiting for, or in between, NHS support. This app is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.

New in this update: add symptoms and products throughout the day with timestamped entries, a new in-app onboarding, information buttons across all features, symptom graph filtering by category, back button fix, UI improvements, and report page updates. In-app chat and AI features temporarily removed.
