Notifications: From building maintenance, to lobby events and more, this App is your one guide to each and every day at the property.

Maintenance requests and updates: See something that needs to be fixed, just send word. Repairs will get done faster and you’ll know when issues are being addressed with status updates, schedules, and completion notifications.

Amenities: Want to reserve a meeting room or the coworking kitchen? Just open your app and you’ll be good to go.

Commuter Updates: Whether you take the bus, train, or Uber, you’ll have access to all updated schedules and delays.

Perks & Partners: You'll see offers and discounts from our partners that are exclusive to you and local to Metro Vancouver.
