Ratings and reviews

I'd give it more stars but it's pretty glitchy. I do like that I can make my reservation quick and it lets me"favorite" hotels I like. I do wish they would create a "do not like" button for hotels I don't want to stay at again. I travel a lot and it's hard to keep hotels straight sometimes. it would be nice to have a better way to track my personal ratings with the app so I don't accidentally stay at a dump more than once.

The app is glitchy. Riddled with issues. Moreover, Choice tends to be 20% to 25% HIGHER IN PRICE versus other travel sites. And, the Rewards Program is a Joke. Points receive from money spent is not worth paying the higher price. Moreover, the Reward Points can take between 3 to 4 days to be added to your account. So, if you want to "Extended" your stay, you are "NOT" able to use those points immediately for a new booking. Pay the lesser price with other sites & forego the so-called Points.

Captcha doesn't work. Tried so many times that now I am banned till it expires. Don't know how long that will last. Cannot even do sweepstakes on app because can't get into it. App is supposed to make it easy to get into your account or to book rooms. Should not have to go through this. Been this​ way for some time now. This app sucks. cant book anything. Keep getting cant connect to server, please try again soon. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still doesnt work.
