O aplikaciji

IMb Scanner is a free app that uses your phone or tablet camera to read USPS Intelligent Mail barcodes (IMb) on mail and show what they mean.

Point the camera at an IMb and the app decodes it and shows:
- The full barcode number
- Barcode ID, Service Type ID, Mailer ID and Serial Number
- The routing ZIP Code and Delivery Point
- The mail class and the services the barcode requests, such as address correction and IMb Tracing

You can share a reading with other apps as plain text, turn the flashlight on in dim light, and switch the scan sound on or off.

Everything happens on your device. The app does not use the internet and asks only for camera permission.

This app reads only IMb. It does not read POSTNET or any other type of barcode. To learn what an IMb is: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intelligent_Mail_barcode

IMb Scanner is not affiliated with or endorsed by the United States Postal Service (USPS).
