The free instingo app is part of the instingo steps challenge for the Workplace health promotion of employees in companies or of public step challenges from instingo.
With the app it is possible for you to work with your phone and take part in a health challenge.

If you are already applying for a step challenge in your company or at instingo please download the app.

- After downloading the app, it is possible that your activity data from Apple Health directly to the instingo digital platform or your challenge Company.
The app sends the data to instingo and there Your data will appear in your profile. Furthermore on ranking lists, the event page, etc. together with your colleagues.
- This data can be steps, calories, other activities, etc.

Here's how it works (summary):

2. Download the instingo app.
