The I AM Strength App offers educational content, podcasts, self-
assessments, more than 300 academically explained exercises, more than
150 progressive training sessions, more than 15 different training
programs, all with different goals, challenges and rehab protocols set by
the I AM Coaching Team. And not only that, instead of simply using the I
AM Strength existing programs, customers can directly access the coach
they want, chat online, and individually designed programs based on
assessment results, their specific needs and goals.
