I spent hours (literally) trying to pair my Samsung Galaxy S10+ with the glasses, but the app is permanently stuck in the pairing step and it's not working. I tried all the steps Vue suggests in their troubleshooting, to no avail. Many headphones under 20€ can pair with any android device, so having a device that costs 10x the amount not being able to pair over Bluetooth is frankly disappointing, specially after more than 2 years delay. If the issue is solved, I'll revise my review.

Hello Oriol , please try to reset you glasses once and then try to pair. Else you can send us screen recorded video of your issue. We will definitely help you.

Apenas sirve para nada, ya que el movil se sincroniza por su cuenta con las gafas. La APP tiene dificultades para sinconizarse, y pierde la conexión enseguida. La APP se cierra al intentar actualizar firmware. Espero que la mejoren.
