Bewertungen und Rezensionen

Seit der Überarbeitung der App nur Probleme. Ladezeiten der App deutlich länger, Filterung der Aktivitäten nach Typ nicht mehr möglich, Anzeige der Kurse deutlich schlechter ablesbar und inkorrekt bei Übergänge von bspw. drei- auf vierstellige Kurse. Bis vor wenigen Monaten hätte ich die App vorbehaltlos empfohlen. Bis zur Überarbeitung der App vergebe ich nur noch 2/5 Sternen. Update 26.03.2025: Filterung der Aktivitäten wieder möglich. Anzeige der Kurse wieder besser ablesbar und korrekt.

Die App ist unbrauchbar. Wie schon von anderen geschrieben haben kommt man (spätestens) bei der Adressverifizierung nicht weiter. Allgemein ist die App (zumindest bei den ganzen Anmeldeprozess) fehlerhaft. Auswahl- und Infofenster schießen sie ständig so das man nicht auswählen bzw. lesen kann.

Die Verifizierung ist sehr, sehr schlecht. Trotz Videoverifizierung wird noch ein Adressnachweis verlangt. Ist der Adressnachweis unbrauchbar, wird man nicht benachrichtigt. Nach 6 Tagen warten und einer schlechten Rezension, kam endlich bisschen Bewegung ins Spiel. Der Support hat sich gemeldet. Und ich habe Ihnen ein Adressnachweis peer Email geschickt. Und siehe da. Über die App wird wieder ein Adressnachweis verlangt. Mal schauen wie lange das jetzt dauert. :-D PublicId: AA51 N84G WBLC BAQQ
