Im Prinzip exakt dieselben Übungen und Pläne wie bei einer anderen App, nur die App drumherum schicker/moderner. Dafür soll man ein Abo abschließen. Ne danke. Einmalig wäre drin, Abo geht gar nicht. In der anderen App alles kostenlos bzw. durch Exp freischaltbar.
