I ordered a pair of trainers, the order was processed, then the order was cancelled and now the trainers are no longer available. Absolute joke.

Joining ?Access is not working. Just stuck on "loading" and doesn't go anywhere. Tried restarting the app and everything, but no luck. A bit unfair when you are giving 10% off, but it's not working properly

Terrible app, it allows you to order but no function to follow up on orders and contact customer service, especially in covid times. I placed an order more than a week ago and been fighting to get in touch with someone as i paid for express delivery. I shop at the store all the time and also buy online, never had any problems w delivery. This is my second order in covid times, first one was fine, but now i am wondering if you guys are going out of business since it is so weird... 😠
