Easy to use. Can't speak to the actual service yet, as I've only booked an appointment, but the app itself perfectly serviceable. The bikes are great, but that's not really relevant to the app itself.

I am using power 7 and I liked the bike but there should be another carrier at the back side also..sometime it gets difficult to control the handle if there is some weights at the front and even the views at the front gets blocked if we puts big bags or other big things.. otherwise have great battery life and strong bike..

The Swapfiets concept is a good one. Yet, with only one shop in Brussels, you often have to wait a week before securing an appointment, leaving you without a bike and no compensation for not being able to use it. But what really did it for me was that I had to pay 720 euros in insurance franchise after my bike was stolen. It was locked and I returned the key. The price is prohibitive. Insurances would never charge that much, especially for a second hand bike in this condition. Feeling ripped off

Hi Louise, I’m sorry to hear your bike got stolen. As long as the bike was double locked and you still have the key, we only charge a deductible.
