the UI of your bank app is the most unfriendly interface I've ever come across, unclear where anything is and not easy to navigate at all. lately the app cinstantly crashes, doesn't show balance, all cards or doesn't load at all. I've been trying to log in for the past 10 minutes and it keeps giving error codes that it's not available. Would be nice if you could look at competitor apps and make your interface more user friendly, as well as the app itself, otherwise impossible to use.

There are 2 displeased things in the app: - When I use "download receipt" it is not just downloaded. Firstly, the "open document" action is performed. I don't want to read the document at the moment! I want to download it and don't like to spend my time to close the document! - sometimes the saved templates from the section "pay a bill" are not available. They are not active and I see the message "payment currently unavailable". It maybe at any time and continue more then day.

I have been a client for almost 2 years now. I'd like to say that the TBC team and their banking service are amazing! My only wish would be to add easy and simple international money transfer by swift to another bank or via other methods because at the moment it's very limited.
