Poor support and unresolved login issue I’ve been unable to log into the UWallet app, and despite multiple emails explaining the problem (unable to press "login" after entering credentials), support keeps asking for a phone call instead of resolving it via email. I’m busy with work and can't take random calls. I even reinstalled the app, but the issue persists. Very frustrating experience with no clear solution.

Bad customer service, if they replyed of course and very weak system .. they deducted money from my wallet 2 times because of system errors and it's more than a month right now and I'm still waiting .. bad, weak, slow ... when I get all of my money back, I will definitely delete this app. Don't need to use their card again. Bad experience.

I have an account, but since three days you send me a message that my account has been suspended. I go to the application and fill all the required data, but until now I couldn't login to my account, the same message always appeared that my account is suspended and the data must be updated
