It doesn't allow me to open it , it shows me all the time "Setting up Wire" What is going on? And then it says that the activity of the app cut off

After latest update it becomes a terrible app. Nothing works correctly, new interface is very bad, delays on sending/recieving messages etc.

After the latest update the app does not lock with password, and there is not self destruct for the messages
