2024 update: still lousy!!! --- sends notifications by email that new info is provided in app, why not just provide info by email? waste time have to open the app. info in app usually pdf files, not easy to read on phone, have to zoom in and out, scroll left or right to read the pdf, end up I have to download the PDF, transfer to computer to read. this could have been solved in step 1 already. keep the app to simple text info and acknowledgement is ok. please provide mobile friendly web portal

No search function since day1. Have feedback many times, gotten response that it's being worked on to add search function. It's been at least 3 years, still no search function. It's a frustrating experience using this app. How about MOE outsource this to Govtech?

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience. Search feature is part of our many enhancements in the pipeline and, in the meantime, we've rolled out a save feature progressively this week to all parents for your convenience. Rest assured that MOE is working closely with Govtech on this. Thank you for your patience.

Received notifications just fine but always can't find links put by the school on PG. Have to trouble the school teacher to book appt like MTP as can't find any links to book the slot. Only happens via Android phones. This has been happening since my last 2 android phones. Link is only visible when I tried to sign in PG via IOS (Apple phones). Side note to developer: Pls make the PG more Android friendly rather than IOS only.
