Creative this app is bad and you should feel bad. Aurvana Ace 2 are complete garbage, the app never seems to be able to connect to them so you can't manage the ANC modes. Headphones get in a crash loop where they just repeat the voice prompts at random and constantly. Nothing works, wish I had used them before the return period was up.

This app is awful. doesn't work on 3 different phones. Earbuds pair fine with phone but app constantly crashes, won't connect to earbuds and has actually caused my phone to restart a couple times after it crashes itself. Earbuds are only ok if you can't change the settings or update the firmware. Tried reinstalling, clearing data and cache. Nothing seems to work

This app disconnects from my SXFI Carrier a few seconds after entering the settings nearly every time. Usually after four or five times of being kicked out it'll let me stay connected long enough to actually view and change a setting, but it's immensely frustrating. Thankfully(?) there aren't many settings to change, so once I got everything configured how I wanted I should never have to use the app again.
