Coming from Photoshop, the interface seems surprisingly unintuitive, and often just seems to be driving people towards the Pro features. If you use their templates and don't change much, it's pretty good, but trying to create something from scratch isn't easy in the free version.

This app is frustrating to say the least. Changing between screens for any reason is slow. Resizing media, particularly pictures, is overly sensitive and will select them for individual edit and bring up menu options you have to back out of before you can attempt to modify it how you want. Uploading video rarely works, even if you can get into your gallery instead of being forced to go into Google drive. I love the desktop app, but this frustrates me.

I've paid for it and plan to pay again. Both versions are worth it. even if you don't want to buy it, it's still useful. I've used it to make documents for my company, edit collages, make Facebook posts even to make memes lol very useful for personal and business. Edit: since the glow up it consumes way too much data and ram just to download the photos. Takes forever now. Easier to edit and just take a screenshot than download. The new update is ridiculously slow and takes way too much data now
