I encountered a severe technical bug on Genspark ai, where the system got stuck in an infinite loop, completely draining 6250 credits (60% of my paid Plus subscription) on a single prompt with zero output. I have sent multiple emails to their designated support addresses with all the required evidence and session links, but I received absolutely no response or follow-up! It has been a very bad and frustrating experience, and their customer service is non-existent.

I initially thought the subscription would be worth the money in content generation, but I found that this app is really only good for image generation. The AI makes grossly large errors and can use large amounts of credits even when prompted to adhere to a budget. Even admitting to having made large errors, it will tell you to contact customer support, it's impossible to reach customer support, they do not respond. image generation is good, otherwise avoid this app save your money.

Zero response from customer service. It doesn't exist. Instead of the generator creating new images when mistakes were made and I requested new images, they were editing/fixing images, which in turn caused drastic reductions in credits. I went from thousands of credits to a few hundred in just a day or two. Way more than what it costs to create an image. Cannot get a hold of a human. Customer service emails go unanswered and I'm left with wasted money. Choose a better service. Thank me later.
