Horrible! It will keep using more and more credits just to keep getting the prompt wrong. $$$$ They have no contact for technical issues. One Manus uses up all your credit; you have to wait months to get credit at the same rate, or pay more for a higher tier, where Manus will still not get your prompts correct. It will say it did something, then you will find out it did not. Horrible AI platform.

The platform was going okay until nearing the time to renew. One of my most important projects and it created a wonderful video and then spelled many things incorrectly. I kept asking it to do it over. And it used many credits and then said I didn't have any more credits. There is no way I have used up 8000 credits with the few projects I've done in one month. Very very disappointed in this app. Didn't know it was owned by Meta. Had some other glitches as well.

The comments are correct. good potential and quality BUT...AI currently in general provides many many options to switch to if they continue to be overly greedy.... Not payimg $60 for whatever credits they provide after barely using it. it's too pushy. I'll juat go elsewhere and as ai rapidly advances, if mantis continues to get a big head per se, many will just know them as just another overly expensive app pushing for your wallet but can be replaced easily for 1/4 the cost or even free.
