It is too much of a challenge to withdraw funds to my personal account. I went through the process of connecting a checking account, and it keeps repeating the process and says my account is connected, yet when I return to withdraw the funds, it says no account is connected. This seems to be a pattern, and it's sketchy. Fix your glitches and give me my money!

Do NOT use this app. I was using their high yield interest account and there is $100 dollars that disappeared. I checked my bank to make sure the transaction went through, and it shows up in AnchorUSD's transaction log, but the balance had not changed. I reached out to them over a month ago and have sent nearly 10 follow up emails and no one has given me a solid update. If they can't even handle a small $100 dollar transaction, then I would not trust them with higher amounts.

NEVER USE THIS!! YOUVE BEEN WARNED it's great when you want to put money in. However getting your money out is an absolute nightmare. I've been jumping through their hoops for almost 2 weeks and they still will not allow a withdrawal. Then tell you to do it a different way that charges fees by them so can rip you off even more. STAY AWAY FROM THIS!! THERES BETTER OPTIONS USE THOSE!! Now they want me to update my review!! After months I finally got my money minus a bunch of fees and stuff. TERRIB
