app is not very intuitive: the How to get the most of coconotes Note says it can work from a YouTube video, but I only can add a recorded or upload an audio note? it should clearly say you need the subscription for that. I then subscribed weekly and it is not showing any difference.

This app is poor customer service, the developer refuses to honor a refund for my subscription the Google has confirmed the payment was processed to the developer. The developer is pushing the responsibility for the refund back to me to contact the google. I believe that this is a violation of Google Play Developer Policies related to fair transactions, user rights, and potentially subscription management or the Monetization and ads. I want my refund back now Mr.Lee from Coconote, LLC.

fake promises. doesnt work as shown in the ad. they want huge payment on subscription. dont waste your time
