As I get older, I'm noticing more tightness and niggling pain in my body. Thought I would try this stretching app and it was super seamless and easy to get started. The initial mobility test helped me become more aware of my flexibility issues. Now using the app multiple times a week and the personalised flow has made it super easy to stretch without all the guesswork of knowing what exercises I should be doing. Have already started feeling less tightness and noticing less and less pain!

I’ve been using this app for a few weeks and it’s honestly made such a difference! I used to feel super stiff and tight, especially in my hips and back, but the stretches have really helped loosen everything up. I’m way more flexible now and feel lighter and less tense overall. The routines are easy to follow and don’t take too long, which makes it easy to stay consistent. Love it!

I've been lifting at the gym for a while now and have read some articles on the benefits of mobility training in conjunction with lifting. I decided to check out Limber, so far ive been really impressed by its analytics, customised programs and the easy to follow videos and UI. I can recommend this to anyone as it can cater to beginners (me) to advanced.
