FOCUS TIMER
• Custom Intervals: Choose between classic Pomodoro (25 min), Standard Work (60 min), or Ultradian Rhythm (90 min) sessions.
• Strict Mode: Need extra accountability? Turn on Strict Mode. If you leave the app while the timer is running, your session is automatically reset and it doesn't count towards your statistics.
• Frictionless Flow: Keep your momentum going. When enabled, the app automatically transitions you between Focus and Break sessions so you never have to touch your phone.
• White Noise: Block out the world with built-in background static to help you lock in.

DISTRACTION-FREE JOURNAL
A cluttered mind is the enemy of focus. Whenever a random thought, anxiety, or to-do list item pops into your head, dump it into the Journal. Or even use it as a diary. The only limitation is your creativity!
