Contacting customer service is too difficult. I can't sign into my account because I've forgotten my password. When I update my password I get an error message, have tried several times over the last few months. contacted customer service and they sent an email which required a response. I responded in which I got an automated email back saying that it was a 'no reply, email address and unmonitored inbox.

too confusing too make a purchase you have to log in and to look at other things you have to select category can't browse sales

2019 - loads of different products. normally good quality, if there is an issue their customer service is very good. I only gave 4 stars and delivery takes a while. EDIT:delivery has improved. I only wish I could move items from cart to wishlist, or even click on the item to open it to move to wishlist. I have a few items in my cart that I want to get later and have to delete them so I can buy the ones that are in there that I want. Its too much of a hassle to search the other things again
