Terrible app. Was not able to download tickets to Google Wallet and the State Theatre had very poor wifi, so was unable to log in to Ticketek app to show ticket. Had to make mad dash to box office, which was literally up the other end from the door I was at, to get them to look my details up and write out a ticket for me. Lucky to make the show. I'm going to have to revert to printing a paper ticket in future.

Worst experience I've ever had with any app, ever. Ticket ordering is the most painful process, with bugged queuing, the ticket selection process crashing repeatedly and eventually kicking you out through no fault of your own after waiting ages. Availabilities falsely represented, allows you to try to purchase tickets that don't exist then throws you out at the checkout, doesn't remember your sign in details when you tell it to, wasting the limited time that's used up navigating bugs

Bloody awful. Not only mandatory to use for everything these days, but having to log in every time and not refresh to the tickets I'm trying to view but the last ones I viewed are hopeless. And once I log in, I have to log in AGAIN. Takes at least 15 minutes to work semi-coordinated and will need to do it all over again when I go to another event. Gets worse every time and clearly Ticketek value the monopoly over ticketing instead of the customers forced to use them. Utterly hopeless
