As a free app to use with the podge measuring scales it's pretty good. Useful to see a host of interesting figures and to monitor weight/fat loss etc. Quite how accurate all this is I don't know, but for a comparison monitoring tool it's certainly handy. The last week it doesn't seem to be working as the numbers went the wrong way! or was it the Easter eggs 😀

When you export a report, it would be useful if there was a more text friendly variant, ideally an Ai optimized variant. That way I can port reports to some Ai analysis and get more meaning (ofc without doing the research myself on what the numbers really mean). Ais still struggle with the picture pdf generated, and my ocr solutions can't read it right. Would be useful to get simple text that can be read in an automated way.

I've used this scale to track months of my fitness progress and data. It was great at first, however I grew skeptical of the accuracy of the scale when it told me my body fat was 18% when my body clearly does not look like that. My suspicion was confirmed once I got a personal trainer and I found that my actual body fat percentage was 24%. It's wayyyy off and as someone who appreciates accurate data I am disappointed. It's useless if you're someone serious about tracking numbers.
