Ratings and reviews

This app is practically unusable due to ongoing connectivity problems every time I try to log in. It defeats the whole purpose of having the app if I can't even access it reliably. Really disappointing.

I have no issues with the trading functionality of the app other than delays in receiving up to date course of sale prices. They're far too delayed for traders who need to see live information for trading decisions. Most importantly, the alerts don't work. I called in and was advised to delete the app and reinstall and it should fix the problem. Well it doesn't work. I keep entering in an alert and when I go back in to add another, it's disappeared. Just that particular Code. (SRN)

Westpac really need to pick up their game. I am always having issues with the app sometimes not showing a red bell indicator on new annoucents for certain stocks, which means I have to manually search through each stock every morning to make sure there aren't any new announcements. Have already had a couple incidents where the whole system was down and I could not trade at all. Unacceptable. Thinking of switching to another platform that better caters to my trading needs.
