Oh my goodness, this app is SO DANG GOOD. Structured workout plan, samples(home and gym!!) and tutorials on form is what I needed and what we all need. Youre da best! The only thing I would suggest would be a warmup given before each workout day specifically for the muscle group you've listed for each day. I sometimes struggle to find a good warm up routine, especially for glutes and quads.However I do love the stretch reminder! Amazing work bb! ❤👏🏻.
