Ratings and reviews

Was pretty good at first, but they can't handle moderate to high network loads. And when you see huge moves in the market that's EXACTLY when you want a responsive exchange. I just lost over $100 bc it wouldn't close my trade due to network issues. I know that's not much, but that's exactly why Bitunix won't get much of my money. That could have just as easily been $100,000. They're obviously still growing but might be worth looking at in the next 6 to 18 months.

First they tried to get me to KYC because they require palm print verification, which doesn't work, for some actions. Today they rugged the market then shut down the exchange for an hour. Customer service unavailable. They basically liquidated all the longs and shut down the exchange so the shorts couldn't exit in profit. It's not just unethical, it's absolutely criminal what they did. Avoid this exchange. Use a real exchange with a good reputation. These guys are evil.

is there something wrong with the app I've been experiencing freezing and lagging in the futures trading chart for the last 3 weeks. please update very hard to trade when you're not able to use the app especially in high-volume times.
