It works great, however, there are only a handful of templates to choose from - all of which are quite generic. The only thing that you can customize is your profile information (your name, company, address, phone & fax #, email, website) & you can upload your own logo or choose from their small collection of icons. While some of the templates don't offer any customization options at all, select templates have a couple of color variations. The letter body is where you have the most flexibility.

Very Simplistic but is five stars because there are no overwhelming adds bogging you down, no learning curve, no watermarks asking you to pay just to save your work. Fast and easy! If you really want something custom and a little fancy this is not your app. Need to whip out an actual letter with content, along with your company name on top? App seems great, I've tried it. What I would like you to improve is to enable people be able to see what they are writing whilst being on the bottom of a letter. Being able to send receipts as well after invoice is received and paid by client would be great. It's only the ads that are annoying, that's all! Thank you so much and good continuation.
