I've been using this for 7 years. absolutely loved it. Then 2 months ago membership. ok fine. I paid the membership. Then they made changes inside the program like. After a client pays the invoice. U cant add or change an address! If the client needs you to add their spouses/parents name to the invoice,you can forget that too! im a mobile bar company. 2 of my bartenders yesterday went to the WRONG ADDRESS! they want to tell me its because validity of a payment we cant change anything! TOTAL BS!

POS. Worked great... now keeps saying Netork connection fail. I need to save an invoice 3 times....and then I have 3 invoices. Computer .. can't log in...just keeps spinning. I need to invoice my clients so I can get paid. I lose a lot of time and money woth you guys...after I even paid for a full year subscription. it used to be really good...not anymore. But it has AI to help you color your invoices :)) Update 1/19/26 I hate your app. Desktop is spinning at the login screen ... after 12 minut

So it did improve in most of the functions coming back. So useful in those ways! Couple things I'd like to ask for is: when you click on the search icon, your keyboard would pop up and be immediately ready to print. : be available to go into landscape on tablet for sure. :also to enlarge the fonts. can't read alot of it on my phone without magnifying. Thanks for some of the most recent updates that took care of editing invoices and abilities that cater to business services and not just items!
