How do we do it?
The app has a special character “Marcus” who represents our problems. Everytime the user completes the different exercises he collects “relaxation seeds” with them “Marcus” changes his appearance, the user levels up and his emotional state changes.
To achieve this goal we have the following functionalities:
1. Guided self-help activities:
We design exercises based on the scientific evidence of cognitive behavioral therapy and gamification strategies so you can easily manage those problematic thoughts that bring you problems with your partner, colleagues, self-esteem, studying and other areas of your life.
2. Anna, the chatbot
Anna will help you work all the difficulties you have in the interaction with others, you can work on your confidence, your group work skills, and you social skills, to meet new people and go out more.
3. Registration and monitoring of emotions
You can rate your emotion daily in order to identify the thoughts that generate you more discomfort. You can see your daily and monthly progress to achieve that control you want.
4. Resources of value
You will find videos, blogs and podcasts, with them you will be able to go deeper with elements you reviewed in the self-help exercises.
5. Data
In the dashboard you can find your thoughts log, your successful activities, the level reached, the weekly and monthly emotional evaluation and much more!
6. Therapists on demand
If you feel the need of a more personalized attention, you can schedule an appointment with one of our expert psychologists, you can have sessions specified on your needs. This service is available only in Spanish.
