They make it impossible to cancel the subscription. In the app's settings, under "Manage Subscription," I am prompted to log in with my email address. After doing so, an email is supposed to be sent with a link to access my customer portal. However, after many attempts over the past week, I HAVE NOT received said email in my inbox or spam folder. Because I have been unable to obtain this link, I have been charged for a month of the subscription due to my trial period ending.

This app makes it difficult to unsubscribe. You have to do it through email, and with all the apps i had to unsubscribe through email was very difficult. i had 23 dollars left in my account and they took it all out, i emailed them about unsubscribing a few days before they could charge me again. I haven't heard back and they took money out of my account!!

$30 for a year subscription. This does not give you unlimited use, you have to pay for use if you want to make more. Then they hide behind " terms and conditions on the paywall" . Every other app out there is either sub or buy for unlimited use, so shame on me for not reading the small print? This is intentionally deceptive at the least. Maybe add that scam details in big bold print on the subscription selection screen? I guess you can't because it would be way harder to trick people.
