Avoid at all costs! Deceptive & out to cheat you! I spent ~ ₹3K on this so‑called “easy 7‑day return” policy, only to discover buried deep in the fine print that they won’t refund your money only offer store credit you can spend on their site. Utter bait‑and‑switch tactic. This is not just bad customer service it's borderline fraudulent. They proudly advertise easy returns on every product page, then bait you into paying, only to rob you of your refund when you actually need it.

Worst app ever! Do not buy anything from this app. They send defective, damaged products and after going through their so-called refund process, they will collect the defective product but never return your money. Even though they claim to compensate in the form of gift vouchers for future purchases, that too is just false assurance. This was my first experience—and definitely the worst.... even I don't want to give 1 star

Never going to use this app again, charges of the products are way more costly than the quality offered and the worst part is that there is no refund policy, worst experience! they are running a scam ,these guys are thieves ,when I was placing the order there was an option for returning but as soon as the product was delivered the return option was removed,my first experience with this app is worst.
