It's ok when there's not too much traffic. But the waiting times are very inaccurate and sometimes you end up waiting a very long time outside when they said "less than 5min". Main reason it's unusable.

Extremely unreliable and inaccurate pick-up time forecasts. Inconvenient.

Confusing interface only showing 1 area at a time, but areas listed alphabetically? This makes it hard for tourists—just using the map would be better. Hard to tell at what point a tuktuk is actually booked—I thought I'd aborted but the booking happened. Also regularly seems to ask if you want to meet at the destination as well as the pick-up point, which is a little confusing. Not clear there's any way to give a tip in the app, but there SHOULD be!
