There is no way to cancel a ride while it's searching or even after it's found a ride. The price you see is NOT the price you are charged. There is a credit card fee and other fees that are not stated when you hail/get in the ride. I used curb because it showed half the price as Uber. Uber was $31, curb showed $17.95. My ride ended up being $30.27. There was no traffic or any other reason the fare would be more, except for the fees that are not disclosed Bait and switch! Do not use this app!

The GPS is absolutely terrible. The app regularly cannot find common places by name and gives addresses that don't align with the dot on the screen. You cannot actually communicate with the driver via message due to the character limit. The app asks for driver feedback but they are quick to tell you there's no recourse within the platform, you can report it to the city. The App reply here does not align with their practice - they said there's nothing they can do when I had a problem.

Curb is very interested in hearing driver-related feedback and will gladly work with drivers to the extent that we can. As Curb does not employ or manage drivers, it is important that serious complaints are directed to the local taxi authority. This app actually does what it says it does and efficiently. It works great I. San Francisco to both hail and pay for a ride. Also, the app shows the driver where you really are standing so they aren't lost and missed off when you get in the car. For the record, "Yo Taxi" stinks and doesn't do what it claims.
