About this app

The Contact app makes it easy to track your usage, and understand your bills.

Other handy features:

-Track Your Energy Usage: Review your energy usage history for up to the past 15 months.

- Account Balance: Keep an eye on your account balance.

- Bill Payments & Transactions: Pay your bills and access transaction history for up to the past 12 months.

-Manage Your Plan: change your plan or add another service as per your needs.

Household set up changed? You can also update your details, add new services or change plans.

It worked Ok for a month, then on 2 September crashed as soon as I tried to view kWh usage and this morning crashes as soon as the usage graph starts to display. 7 Nov - still crashes, 3 months from app release. 6 Feb. checked again like I do every month, Eureka, it actually worked! No idea why it stopped working for 5 months and then came right. Holding my breath it stays OK from now on. Will assign more stars if it does. It stayed good.

Update has made it worse. Can no longer open monthly bill without downloading and then you can't zoom in so you have to close the app then open a pdf reader and find the bill. Great step backwards Contact. It's OK, lacks features, doesn't add anything new or useful that I can't already do online with my phone.

When it works, it's great, easy to navigate or pay a bill. The problem is that the majority of the time, it fails launch, freezes/hangs and is unusable. Have given this app many chances and check back every now and then. Until it works more than 1 of 20 times, it's un-installed. Cant recommend, just rely on my email and direct payment.
