It provides a complete up-to-date information and reference tool, which guides and supports patients through their cancer treatment pathway. It helps patients contact their team more effectively and at the right time supporting acute oncology helplines, virtual pre-assessment, pre-habilitation, holistic needs, follow up after treatment and even points patients through to video consults.
