Very difficult to use. I was guaranteed up to 250 credits that I could use to purchase vitamins, gym membership and other healthy items by completing activities. I was only awarded 30 credits, even though I did more than 160. Cdphp refused to give me the credits I earned. They do this, by involving two other apps you need to have, this way they can tell you the other company is responsible. You need three different apps to use this. It's a brilliant legal scam.

This app is basically useless, and the website isn’t any better. What’s the point of offering all these services if what you’re actually looking for isn’t available? Navigation is frustrating, information is limited, and I end up having to call anyway. This defeats the purpose of having an app or online portal at all.

Frustrating. Now every time I open says to update to continue but theres no update. But before that whenever I try to submit a claim form it wont work till the 50th time, and I have to do that once a month, and it takes too long even when it does work
