The optical microscope makes it possible to magnify images when the light, after falling on a sample, passes through a set of lenses and is viewed by the observer.
With the Virtual Microscope, you will have a simplified idea of how to handle the real device and also learn about some types of animal and plant tissue.
1. Choose a blade and place it on the stage;
2. Turn on the microscope light;
3. Adjust the focus with the micrometric screw;
4. Adjust the light intensity;
5. To move to another field on the slide, use the Charriot buttons;
6. Rotate the revolver to switch to the highest magnification objective (40x).
