Ratings and reviews

It keeps saying "We've encountered an error. Please contact support.". I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, have signed in and out, have good internet connection, etc. I don't have any problems on the website, so I'm not sure why the app isn't working. I'm assuming it's a problem on their end, because there's nothing wrong on my account when I sign in on the website

Great platform, app needs much improvement. When navigating through the app, there are lots of pages that trigger a "Error loading page" message. These pop-up messages keep coming up with the GoFundMe logo, even after I've switched to other apps. There are many things I just can't do successfully in the app, like change payout schedule. It's not all bad, notifications work and you can see information about your fundraising.

The app itself is easy enough to use and the set-up process was very simple. Unfortunately for me though, I have now tried using the gofundme service 3x now over the years for different reasons and never seem to reach the right people who will share or donate regardless of where or how I share it.
