Honestly, it probably would be better rating, But I was new, and I guess if your ride is late one time, you get like blacklisted. So I would just recommend using craigslist, because at least on craigslist, you can be a little bit late, if your ride doesn't show up, you just are like unavailable for any other job even if it's like your first job on the app lol 😆

WORKERS BEWARE! THEY WILL NOT PAY! Up until this last experience I had no problems with the gig app other than the known location clock-in clock out issues. but now one of my employers has not paid me and instead of trying to find a way to pay me get gigs has stopped communicating with me and the only way I can communicate with them is through emails there is no phone number or contact through chat. They wiped my time card from me being able to see it they will not allow you to file a dispute.

Can't complete the verification process because it keeps saying my email is blank when it's already prefilled. I also tried to add my driver's license but it can't verify the photo despite numerous attempts. I was hopeful, considering I was told to sign up from someone that's had success but so far it's time consuming and a headache. I'd rather deal with PeopleReady & Instawork. Uninstalling and deleting my profile.
