Needs More Transparency: JS Mobile is a decent app for basic banking, but it falls short in one crucial area: transparency. Unlike other banking apps, JS Mobile doesn't clearly disclose fund transfer fees upfront, only mentioning "as per SOC." This forces users to search elsewhere for this vital information, making it less convenient and not aligned with SBP guidelines. While functional, the app's lack of fee transparency is a major drawback that needs addressing for a better user experience.

Worst services. Unable to use my application due to the worst technique of verification by a video scannar. My fingerprints are so much tiny. It's I'm even hard to verify on the actual Biometric machine. kindly solve this asap or JS Bank will be loosing the customers soon. I really do love the other services but the implementation of the biometric on the app is useless and critical to use.
