With FinSmart, customers can get the desired service at their fingertips anytime. Use Wallet ID and PIN to login. Registration can be done by using the tagged mobile number of your LankaBangla Accounts in the app's 'Sign Up' option. Download from Google Play or the Apple app store only.

Download and Registration Process:

1. FinSmart Mobile App is available on Play Store and App Store –Search by the name, Install and Open the App.
2. Input the Mobile number that is tagged with your LankaBangla Accounts, You will be asked to verify OTP and go next.
3. Review your personal information, set a 6-digit PIN for the next login, upload the front and back part of your NID and take a selfie with the front camera of your mobile phone.
4. You will be notified about the registration through SMS.

This smart era, This app decrease information after the update. Which information is provide the user of this app? What kind of information we got here? No available Balance, not uses history, no transaction history. what is the benifit of using this app? I think the app module provider is a mad. he/she doesn’t have any knowledge how to develop a smart /moder app for financial company. Wrost app ever.

Now it works just fine. Though I use this for looking up my Deposit Accounts, the app mostly directs all the responses from users to a link of their website.

Such a disaster of an app. It's better not to have any app at all than having an app as useless and as poor as finsmart. Payments, transactions, minimum dues-nothing updates in time. It takes 15-30 days to update a single payment or transaction from credit card. Update: App info loading is much faster now and transaction info gets synched faster, maybe once or twice a week. Good improvement, but still a long way to go.
