Classic Notepad to save .TXT Files like Computer:
Classic Notepad is a feature rich and Powerful Notepad app that saves .TXT Files in the same way as you used create to in Computers.

We have added all the important features of classic Text Editors in this app to make you feel like you are making TXT Format text file in your Laptop or PC.

Like Classic notepad Editors, you will find Open file and New File options with Save and Save as file choices in the File menu.

There are a number of Toolbar choices including Undo or Redo functions and buttons to Perform Cut Copy Paste operations.

Text Search Function has Find word feature with Find Next option and Go to option.

App also has Insert Time and date feature and Sliders options for Zoom in Zoom out.

Editing options include Font Alignment and change text size with slider, Text Shadow feature with Font styles and Strike through options.

You choose to Show or Hide line in the notepad and change to space between horizontal lines of notepad using Line spacing feature

Select text and Word wrapping features to make the text editing easy and simple.

I'd rather pay $2-10 for a full version that gets rid of advertisements. That being said, please keep the version with ads so that we can test it before we purchase it. Use the money you get from the purchase to invest in autosaves and a "history" function that saves all changes made to a document. Overall it is a very good app and it works perfectly as a TXT document editor with all the basic features I need and none of the extra fluff that would slow it down, but I definitely want history.

The app gives a PC experience, FAR superior to the normal primitive Android experience. The problem is the wild full-page, full-volume game ads the pop up every time you exit, save, etc. It will sound to others 2 rooms away that you are playing juvenile games. I've never seen any app that that does ads like this. There is no place to pay to get rid of the ads and their privacy policy has nothing to do with this app.

It works, but has several bugs: (1) issue with saving. App frequently saves over (overwrites) open file1 with contents of another file2, seems to happen when file1 was saved but app was not specifically closed before file2 was opened, ending up with 2 copies of file2, one of which is named 'file1'. (2) Closing the app is a pain: tell it to save, then plays ad; when ad is over, gives option to exit, then "are you sure?" and then overwrites as per #1 above. (3) cursor keeps jumping to EOF
