The app is good and has a nice interface but I've been having one problem and just want to bring it to your notice I can't save beneficiaries and its a problem People I do daily transactions with, I always have to input their account numbers everyday to be able to transfer to them which is not ideal The internet banking platform has the same problem as well. When I save the beneficiary it says it's successful but I don't see it.

I'm a bit concerned with the 3.0 app. The play store has recommended that the app be put in deep sleep due to its constant crashes and I've personally seen the glitches while logging in. A payment has also failed and didn't register until after emailing the service team. It's a Banking app and it should function more smoothly than this otherwise trust is lost.

App works except for this same connectivity issue, haba, people have been lamenting for ages and nothing has changed, logging in is a complete mess except if you have access to WiFi, using a normal SIM network data connection even if it is full and operational with other apps is always a problem, same issue we had with the previous version before the 3.0, this is becoming intolerable, person go go market go hang for market because of transfer issue. abeg make una do something quick.
