The app is good and has a nice interface but I've been having one problem and just want to bring it to your notice I can't save beneficiaries and its a problem People I do daily transactions with, I always have to input their account numbers everyday to be able to transfer to them which is not ideal The internet banking platform has the same problem as well. When I save the beneficiary it says it's successful but I don't see it.

I don't see any sense in using this app. It is slow to load info & transition pages; you can't go back from certain pages unless you exit the app and login all over again; the interface is cluttered and the color scheme is just an eyesore, causing your eyes to strain to find items; and unlike the old app, you can't see the MTD interest that accrues, and that information is only less important than the total investment sum. I just wonder whose idea this was! I'd rate this app a zero if I could!

The app should have the option of generating receipts in jpg format. A lot of transactions happen on instagram and Facebook, for example, where you can't send pdfs. You then have to go through the hassle of saving the pdf, opening the pdf, and doing a screenshot before sending it on instagram. That can be easily solved if the option to generate receipts in jpg is available
