Something is seriously wrong after the most recent update. I cannot get this app to work properly. When I open the app, a blank page appears and then...nothing. A "force stop" doesn't help, restarting phone, or uninstalling and reinstalling didn't help. Doesn't matter if I'm on wifi or data - doesn't work anymore. Only way to access my account now is via web browser, which is seriously annoying.

Ever since the update it takes almost 20-30 attempts to login. And once you finally can all you can do is look at your amount in your accounts, trying any sort of transfer will crash the app. And forget about trying the mobile deposit. If you can get it to open without crashing the app you will only recieve an error message. This app no longer works in any real way. Dont download it just save space on your phone and use the website until they fix this horrific app.

It is near to impossible to mobile deposit a check. When you try to take the pictures of the check the app crashes. If you do finally get the pictures taken and tap "submit" it tells you there is an error (of various types). This is super inconvenient. Very bad. I love Achieva but I can not go on like this. I now live out of the area and a must have a well working mobile deposit feature.
