Look somewhere else....Terrible App & Even Worse Customer Service....it's always hard to get anybody on the line....it's always going to voicemail 90% of the time. no matter time you call. Then when you finally get someone on the phone to help you, they tell you to go to the app....which is it's own mess....like what's the purpose of calling directly if I'm not going to receive any help. #Useless

Useful for referencing Reliance Matrix portal account and claims. Options to view and upload documents for claims are present yet rarely function due to deeper backend issues. The other day I tried to view/download documents on a claim, but there were issues downloading documents from this app as well as the website through Firefox, I even rebooted my phone and cleared my browser cache to no avail. Today I am running into similar issues while attempting to upload/submit documents.

Total garbage!!! Won't let me upload documents. Pull up the part to retrieve images from gallery, no imagine appears. Tried to upload without seeing the image and app crashed. Also tried to just take pics of the documents click done and app crashed. I see them post that nobody else has this problem on many different posts of this issue. Go to the help link n they'll get back to you in 2 business days, unacceptable!!!! Just fix your app already!
